1.1. Participants must meet the eligibility criteria outlined for each scholarship program. Eligibility requirements may include academic achievements, educational background, and any other criteria specified by All India NEET-UG Scholarship Test / All India NEET-UG Scholarship Enterprises / https://allindianeetugscholarshiptest.com

1.2. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any individual found to be ineligible.

2. Application Process:

2.1. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the application process.

2.2. Falsification of information may result in disqualification from the scholarship program.

3. Scholarship Awards:

3.1. Scholarship awards are granted based on the evaluation of eligibility and merit.

3.2. The decisions of the scholarship committee are final and binding.

3.3. Our Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any scholarship program at its discretion.

4. Communication:

4.1. Participants agree to receive communication from All India NEET-UG Scholarship Test / All India NEET-UG Scholarship Enterprises / https://allindianeetugscholarshiptest.com related to their scholarship application, including announcements of winners, updates, and other relevant information.

4.2. Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information.

5. Use of Participant Information:

5.1. We may use participants’ information for scholarship program administration, communication, and internal analysis.

5.2. Personal information will not be shared with third parties, except as outlined in the privacy policy.

6. Publicity:

6.1. Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities, including interviews, photographs, and social media features, as determined by us.

6.2. Participants consent to the use of their name and other information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Disqualification:

7.1. We reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms and conditions or engage in any form of misconduct, fraud, or unethical behavior.

8.Refund policy:

8.1. User can request for refund on mail with some genuine reason within 15 days of registration. Once users receive ebooks over their respective mail id then no refund will be entertained.

9. Scholarship amount:

9.1. Scholarship amount is based on eighty percent of total amount we get through registration of all student in particular levels.  Forty percent of total funding for level 1 and sixty percent of total funding for level 2 will be allotted for sholarship.

9.2 All the enrolled users will be provided with free ebooks, online test series and video lecture( if getting completed this year). No extra money will be charged for free resources.

10. Limitation of Liability:

10.1. All India NEET-UG Scholarship Test / All India NEET-UG Scholarship Enterprises / https://allindianeetugscholarshiptest.com shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the scholarship program.
